Why do your invoices say The Distribution and Logistics Company?
Hardie Grant Gift is distributed by The Distribution and Logistics Company (TDLC). All deliveries and invoices will come from TDLC.

What is the order fee and does it apply to each invoice?
In good news we don't have an order fee nor do we charge for freight. However, there is a $20 (inc.GST) fee for all orders $50 and unders.
Who do I ask about NEW orders, damages, missing stock, account or online login issues?

Are the prices I'm seeing the RRP?
Yes, the prices displayed on our website are at RRP (Australian recommended retail price). You will be invoiced (by TDLC & at online checkout) at the wholesale price (the RRP minus your discount). If you are unsure about your discount, please contact your sales representative.
Do you have a minimum order value?
We do not have a minimum order value, however any orders $50 and unders will incure a $20 inc.GST.
